Monsters of Rock 2018
Canberra’s biggest rock tribute event is back for 2018.
Featuring the biggest hits from INXS, Aerosmith, Poison, Def Leppard and Bon Jovi.
SPECIAL – early bird tickets available ONLINE NOW. there are only 100 of these and will finish on the 31st march. Standard tickets go on sale from then and will also be available from the Club.
Last time we did Def Leppard and Jovi the venue sold out so don’t leave it till the day.

It’s official! Canberra Brick Expo is coming back to the Hellenic Club Woden for another incredible event in August 2018.
This years’ event will be held from Friday 10th – Sunday 12th of August.
Brick Expo is an entertaining and interesting exhibition of rare and unique LEGO® creations by interstate and local collectors and modellers. Hundreds of static, moving and robotic models in themes including: Star Wars™, Trains, Planes, Space Ships, Racing Cars, Monuments and Sculptures.

Capital Fight Show 15 has been announced and a date locked in for Saturday 18th August!
Capital Fights Promotions and Nick Boutzos are proud to present our next event of 2018, Capital Fight Show 15.
Featuring a total of 8 fights including one IBF Title Fight and one ANBF Australian Title fight CFS15 will be held at Hellenic Club, Woden on Saturday the 18th of August and is sure to be an entertaining evening.

In Their Own Image: A History of the Hellenic Presence in Australia, 1810s to Present – a public lecture by Leonard Janiszewski & Effy Alexakis
Authors of “Greek Cafés and Milk Bars of Australia”, E. Alexakis and L. Janiszewski (Macquarie University) have been researching the Greek-Australian historical and contemporary presence in both Australia and Greece since 1982.
This lecture chronicles the depth and diversity of Australia’s Greek presence over the last 200 years.
